Dr. Jessica Leduc

Dr. Jessica Leduc is an experienced clinician and advocate with more than 15 years of experience supporting children and families within the autism and developmental disabilities community. She holds a Ph.D. in Education with a concentration in Autism, a master’s degree in Counseling and Community Psychology, and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).

Throughout her career, Jessica has worked extensively in autism evaluation, clinical services, and family support. Her experience has given her a firsthand understanding of the financial and systemic barriers families often encounter when seeking evaluations, services, and essential resources.

Jessica founded Beyond the Ember with a vision of creating greater access, stronger community connections, and a trusted place for families to turn when they need support navigating what comes next.

In her downtime, Jessica is an avid Disney goer and ice cream enthusiast. She loves spending time with her daughter, collecting Disney pins, and hanging out with her 5 (yes, really 5) dogs.
